Students will be able to capture scientific data from Aussie World’s latest attractions. Book early to ensure vest availability.
Teachers will be provided with professional development sessions covering:
• Presentation by Cider House Tech, covering topics including data capture and analysis for Queensland Teachers.
• Information sessions by Pearson Publishing
• Virtual Reality Science Classroom demonstrations by VR Lab Academy

School to arrive at Aussie World, walk into The Shed
10:10am Teacher and student welcome by hosts and sponsors
Introduction by Aussie World, Cider House Tech
Educational and safety talk by Aussie World staff
Allocation of physics vests, ride wristbands and equipment
10:25am – 12:00pm Students – Morning data collection in park using physics vests
Teachers – Morning session, professional development

12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch in The Shed
Platters of assorted sandwiches, seasonal fruit and bottled water
12:45 pm Students reassemble and briefed for afternoon session
